Who we are
The operator of this site is ProofCSV.
Current status
ProofCSV is pre-launch. The conversion service is not live and no bank statements are being processed. The only thing this site collects is a waitlist email, and only if you choose to enter one.
Waitlist data
If you join the waitlist, your email is sent to our server and stored in a Cloudflare D1 database. We store it only for the ProofCSV waitlist and never share it. If you add the optional country and monthly pages, those are stored with it.
We also store when you signed up, your browser’s user-agent string, and a salted one-way hash of your IP address. The hash is used to limit repeated signups (rate limiting) and to spot abuse; we do not store your IP address itself. We do not currently send any emails, including confirmation emails.
To have your entry deleted, email us at the contact address below and we will remove it. The site is served through Cloudflare, which processes requests on our behalf.
Your statements, once the service launches
Our intended behaviour is that uploaded statements are sent over HTTPS, stored only temporarily and encrypted at rest while being converted, and deleted right after conversion or download. Statement contents are never used to train AI models, and any AI or vision provider we use will be configured for zero data retention and no training on your data. Because the service is not live yet, this describes the design we are building to, not something that has been operating. We will confirm the details here before launch.
